Homemade Veggie Pizza Recipe (Hinglish)
Samaagri (Ingredients):
- Pizza Dough: 1 pre-made ya ghar ka bana hua
- Tomato Sauce: 1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1.5 cups, grated
- Bell Peppers (Shimla Mirch): 1 cup, slice ki hui
- Onion (Pyaaz): 1, patle kaate hue
- Tomatoes (Tamatar): 1 cup, slice kiye hue
- Mushrooms: 1 cup, slice kiye hue
- Olives: 1/2 cup, slice kiye hue
- Spinach (Palak): 1 cup, roughly chop ki hui
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Basil: 1 teaspoon
- Salt aur Pepper: Swaad anusaar
Vidhi (Instructions):
1. Oven Preheat Karein:
- Apne oven ko 450°F (230°C) par set karein taaki baking ke liye ready ho jaye.
2. Dough Taiyaar Karein:
- Pizza dough ko halka atta laga kar apne pasand ki thickness mein roll karein. Usse baking sheet ya pizza stone par rakh dein.
3. Sauce Aur Cheese Lagayein:
- Pizza dough par evenly tomato sauce spread karein. Upar se aadha grated mozzarella cheese chhidkein.
4. Sabziyon Ko Add Karein:
- Shimla mirch, pyaaz, tamatar, mushrooms, olives aur palak pizza par evenly spread karein.
5. Masala Aur Cheese Top Karein:
- Vegetables ke upar olive oil drizzle karein. Oregano, basil, namak aur kali mirch chhidkein. Bacha hua mozzarella cheese upar daal dein.
6. Pizza Bake Karein:
- Pizza ko oven mein 12-15 minutes tak bake karein, ya jab tak crust golden brown aur cheese melted aur bubbly na ho jaye.
7. Garam-Garam Serve Karein:
- Pizza ko oven se nikal kar thoda thanda hone dein. Phir slice karein aur garma-garam serve karein.
