Macaroni Recipe – Quick and Flavorful Indian Style Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macaroni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • Fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil macaroni pasta as per the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the water and set the pasta aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Sauté the chopped onions until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped capsicum and tomatoes to the pan. Cook until the vegetables become soft and tender.
  4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook the mixture for about 2 minutes to release the flavors.
  5. Add the boiled macaroni and tomato ketchup to the pan. Mix thoroughly until the macaroni is evenly coated and heated through.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with your favorite side dish or as a standalone meal.

Tips:

  • Adjust the spice levels as per your taste by modifying the red chili powder.
  • Add grated cheese on top for a cheesy twist to this classic recipe.

Macaroni Recipe – Hinglish Mein Asaan aur Swadisht Tarika

Samaagri:

  • 2 cup macaroni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon cooking tel
  • 1 medium pyaaz, finely chopped
  • 1 medium shimla mirch, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tamatar, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon adrak-lehsun ka paste
  • 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Namak swaad anusaar
  • 2 tablespoon tamatar ketchup
  • Taza dhaniya pattiyan garnish ke liye

Vidhi:

  1. Macaroni pasta ko packet ke instructions ke mutabik ubaal lein. Paani chhankar macaroni ko alag rakh dein.
  2. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur pyaaz ko sunehra hone tak bhunein.
  3. Ismein shimla mirch aur tamatar daal kar vegetables ko naram hone tak pakayein.
  4. Phir adrak-lehsun ka paste, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala aur namak milaayein aur 2 minute tak masale ko achhe se bhunein.
  5. Paki hui macaroni aur tamatar ketchup ko kadhai mein daal kar achhi tarah mix karein. Pasta masale mein coat ho jaye aur garam ho le tab tak pakayein.
  6. Upar se taza dhaniya pattiyan chhidak kar garam-garam parosein aur maza lein.

Tips:

  • Spicy pasta ke liye lal mirch powder badha sakte hain.
  • Agar cheesy flavor chahiye to upar grated cheese daal kar bake karein ya garam serve karein.
