Healthy and Delicious Quinoa Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water or vegetable broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Quinoa:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold running water to remove bitterness.
- In a saucepan, combine quinoa with water or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Let it cool.
Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, mix cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
Make the Dressing:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Salad:

Samaagri:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups paani ya shakahari broth
- 1 cup cherry tamatar (aadhe kaat kar)
- 1 kheera, chhota chhota kaat kar
- 1 shimla mirch, barik kaat kar
- 1/4 cup laal pyaaz, barik kaat kar
- 1/4 cup taza dhaniya, barik kaat kar
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, chura hua (optional)
- 1 nimbu ka ras
- 2 tablespoon zaitoon ka tel
- Namak aur kaali mirch swaad anusaar
Vidhi:
Quinoa Tayaar Karein:
- Quinoa ko thande paani se achhe se dho lein.
- Ek pateele mein quinoa aur paani ya shakahari broth mila kar ubal lein.
- Gas dheemi karke dhakkan lagayein aur 15–20 minute tak quinoa ko pakayein jab tak paani sukh na jaye. Thanda hone dein.
Ingredients Milayein:
- Ek bade bartan mein quinoa, cherry tamatar, kheera, shimla mirch, laal pyaaz, aur dhaniya milayein.
Dressing Banayein:
- Ek chhote bartan mein nimbu ka ras, zaitoon ka tel, namak aur kaali mirch mila kar dressing tayaar karein.
Salad Assemble Karein:
- Dressing quinoa ke upar daal kar halka sa mix karein.
Feta Cheese Garnish Karein (Optional):
- Agar pasand ho, to feta cheese chhidkein.
Serve Karein:
- Salad ko turant parosein ya thanda karke maze se khayein. Ye healthy dish grilled chicken ya machhli ke saath aur bhi acchi lagti hai!
