Tandoor Paneer Recipe – Easy and Delicious Homemade Tandoori Paneer

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
  • 1 cup thick yogurt (curd)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or mustard oil
  • Skewers for grilling

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, and oil to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat your tandoor, grill, or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  5. Place the skewers in the tandoor or oven and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer turns golden brown with slight charred edges.
  6. Serve hot with fresh mint chutney, sliced onions, and a sprinkle of chaat masala for an authentic tandoori flavor.

Tips:

  • For extra smoky flavor, use a charcoal setup in your tandoor or oven.
  • Pair this dish with naan, paratha, or as an appetizer for any party!


Tandoor Paneer Recipe – Hinglish Mein Asaan aur Swadisht Tarika

Samagri:

  • 250 gram paneer, cubes mein kata hua
  • 1 cup mota dahi
  • 2 tablespoon adrak-lehsun ka paste
  • 1 tablespoon nimbu ka ras
  • 1 tablespoon lal mirch powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
  • Namak swaad anusaar
  • 1 tablespoon tel (vegetable ya mustard oil)
  • Skewers grilling ke liye

Vidhi:

  1. Ek mixing bowl mein dahi, adrak-lehsun paste, nimbu ka ras, lal mirch powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, namak, aur tel milaakar ek zabardast marinade banayein.
  2. Paneer ke cubes ko is marinade mein ache se coat karein. Bowl ko cover karke kam se kam 30 minute ke liye refrigerator mein rakhein.
  3. Tandoor, grill, ya oven ko 200°C (400°F) tak garam karein.
  4. Marinated paneer ko skewers mein lagayein aur unmein thoda gap rakhein taaki achhe se pak sakein.
  5. Skewers ko tandoor ya oven mein 8-10 minute tak grill karein, kabhi kabhi palatkar, jab tak paneer golden aur halka charred na ho jaye.
  6. Garma-garam paneer ko hari chutney, kata hua pyaaz aur chaat masala ke saath serve karein aur mazedar khane ka anand lein.

Tips:

  • Smoky flavor ke liye, grill ya tandoor mein charcoal ka use karein.
  • Paneer tandoori ko naan, paratha, ya starter ke roop mein enjoy karein!
